I researched a LOT before I bought this bag. For years I’d used the daypacks that came with my larger Osprey travel backpack (they came as a set) but I never really loved them, even though I love Osprey bags in general. I wanted a daypack that had excellent organization, didn’t feel heavy or cumbersome, was rugged, well-balanced and ergonomic (I have a bad back, so it really matters), could keep my laptop safe, and have enough space for all thee random stuff a mom carries while traveling, plus some work/videography gear. This one satisfies. I added a laptop cache to make my laptop more protected (it really does need the extra padding of the cache, so splurge and get it).
