We love connecting with other sojourners and wandering souls, so thanks for coming to check us out.
We’re a Canadian family of 7 with kids aged between 3 and 14. 6 years ago we decided to embrace uncertainty and venture out into the world for one year. We hoped to quench our thirst for adventure and authenticity, but the thirst deepened and our desire has only increased.

Now, we spend anywhere from 4-10 months a year on the road, and have been to every continent and 65 countries (and counting). World travel has become such an integral part of our family culture that we easily feel a deep kinship with other nomadic people of the world.
Although (or perhaps because) we travel most of the time, we have come to prefer authentic experiences to the lipstick-and-fireworks tourist versions that most travellers see. If you spend some time reading this site (or watch our youtube channel), we hope to help you see that side of the world.
Our family motto is “We were made to do hard things.” and we seek out difficult opportunities wherever we go.
We are paragliding pilots, snorkelers and scuba divers, hikers, aspiring linguists, and serial entrepreneurs.
Over the years we have built and sold 3 businesses, and are currently running our favourite business to date: Ultimate Bundles. In that business, we’ve been fortunate enough to work with over 5,000 authors, and have over 400,000 customers that feel something like a(n) (VERY) extended family.
